This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the global eQMS consolidation initiative, shifting from various quality management systems to a unified Veeva-based platform.
• Propel the utilization of the Vacaville Veeva platform as the cornerstone for the future One Lonza eQMS framework.
• Govern the program roadmap throughout the Technical Readiness, Scale, and Enhance phases.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among Quality, IT, business, technical teams, vendors, and individual sites.
• Administer project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decision-making across diverse workstreams.
• Aid in the harmonization of quality processes and workflows across sites, balancing global standards with site-specific requirements.
• Propel technical and organizational preparedness for multi-site implementation and deployment.
• Oversee system integrations and dependencies for the new eQMS framework.
• Manage migration and transition processes from TrackWise, SciLife, MasterControl, and Lotus Notes.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment with stakeholders across global and local teams.
• Enhance visibility and collaboration through standardized processes and a unified quality management platform.
• Contribute to the long-term scalability and future readiness of the global eQMS solution.
• Demonstrated experience in managing Quality Systems (eQMS) projects from start to finish in pharmaceutical GxP-regulated environments.
• Strong practical IT Project Management experience that encompasses requirements gathering, workshops, testing, deployment, hypercare, and vendor management.
• Experience within the pharmaceutical industry is essential.
• Comprehensive understanding of Quality processes, including Deviations, CAPAs, Change Controls, Investigations, Audit Management, and Supplier Quality.
• Familiarity with CSV (Computer System Validation).
• Proven track record in successfully delivering global SaaS application implementations, upgrades, consolidations, and multi-site rollouts.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management across Quality, QA, Regulatory, Compliance, Validation, and IT organizations.
• Experience in managing third-party vendors and system integrators.
• A robust delivery mindset with the capability to drive projects to completion.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Candidates must reside in Europe and possess the legal right to work in their country of residence.
