This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Spearhead the global eQMS consolidation initiative, migrating from various existing quality management systems to a unified Veeva-based platform.
• Promote the adoption of the Veeva platform as the cornerstone for the future eQMS framework.
• Oversee the program roadmap throughout the Technical Readiness, Scale, and Enhance phases.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among Quality, IT, business, technical teams, vendors, and individual sites.
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decision-making across multiple workstreams.
• Aid in the harmonization of quality processes and workflows across diverse sites while balancing global standards with site-specific requirements.
• Propel technical and organizational readiness for multi-site implementation and deployment.
• Coordinate system integrations and dependencies necessary for the new eQMS ecosystem.
• Oversee migration and transition activities from TrackWise, SciLife, MasterControl, and Lotus Notes.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment with stakeholders across global and local teams.
• Enhance visibility and collaboration through standardized processes and a unified quality management platform.
• Support the long-term scalability and future preparedness of the global eQMS solution.
• Demonstrated experience in managing Quality Systems (eQMS) projects from inception to completion within pharmaceutical GxP-regulated settings.
• Strong hands-on experience in IT Project Management encompassing requirements gathering, workshops, testing, deployment, hypercare, and vendor coordination.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is essential.
• Comprehensive understanding of Quality processes, including Deviations, CAPAs, Change Controls, Investigations, Audit Management, and Supplier Quality.
• Familiarity with CSV (Computer System Validation).
• Proven track record in delivering global SaaS application implementations, upgrades, consolidations, and multi-site rollouts successfully.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities across Quality, QA, Regulatory, Compliance, Validation, and IT organizations.
• Experience in managing third-party vendors and system integrators.
• A strong delivery mindset with the capability to drive projects to successful completion.
• Fluent English is required.
