This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Lead the global eQMS consolidation initiative by transitioning from various quality management systems to a unified Veeva-based platform.
• Promote the adoption of the Veeva platform as the cornerstone for the future eQMS framework.
• Oversee the program roadmap through the Technical Readiness, Scale, and Enhance phases.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among Quality, IT, business, technical teams, vendors, and individual sites.
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decision-making across various workstreams.
• Assist in the harmonization of quality processes and workflows across multiple sites.
• Propel technical and organizational preparedness for multi-site implementation and deployment.
• Coordinate system integrations and dependencies for the new eQMS framework.
• Oversee migration and transition activities from TrackWise, SciLife, MasterControl, and Lotus Notes.
• Ensure effective stakeholder communication and alignment between global and local teams.
• Enhance visibility and collaboration through standardized processes and a unified quality management platform.
• Support the long-term scalability and future readiness of the global eQMS solution.
• Demonstrated experience in managing Quality Systems (eQMS) projects from inception to completion within pharmaceutical GxP-regulated environments.
• Extensive hands-on IT Project Management experience, including requirements gathering, workshops, testing, deployment, hypercare, and vendor coordination.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is essential.
• Comprehensive understanding of Quality processes, such as Deviations, CAPAs, Change Controls, Investigations, Audit Management, and Supplier Quality.
• Familiarity with CSV (Computer System Validation) practices.
• Proven track record in delivering global SaaS application implementations, upgrades, consolidations, and multi-site rollouts successfully.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across Quality, QA, Regulatory, Compliance, Validation, and IT functions.
• Experience in managing third-party vendors and system integrators.
• A strong delivery mindset with the ability to drive projects to successful completion.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
