This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Lead the global eQMS consolidation initiative, moving from various existing quality management systems to a unified Veeva-based platform.
• Promote the adoption of the Vacaville Veeva platform as the cornerstone for the future One Lonza eQMS framework.
• Oversee the program roadmap encompassing Technical Readiness, Scale, and Enhance phases.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among Quality, IT, business, technical teams, vendors, and specific sites.
• Administer project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decision-making across multiple workstreams.
• Aid in the harmonization of quality processes and workflows across various sites, balancing global standards with site-specific requirements.
• Propel technical and organizational readiness for the implementation and deployment across multiple sites.
• Coordinate the necessary system integrations and dependencies for the new eQMS framework.
• Oversee migration and transition processes from TrackWise, SciLife, MasterControl, and Lotus Notes.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment among stakeholders across global and local teams.
• Enhance visibility and collaboration through standardized processes and a unified quality management platform.
• Support the long-term scalability and future readiness of the global eQMS solution.
• Demonstrated experience managing Quality Systems (eQMS) projects from start to finish within pharmaceutical GxP-regulated environments.
• Strong practical IT Project Management background that includes requirements gathering, workshops, testing, deployment, hypercare, and vendor coordination.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is essential.
• Comprehensive understanding of Quality processes, including Deviations, CAPAs, Change Controls, Investigations, Audit Management, and Supplier Quality.
• Familiarity with CSV (Computer System Validation).
• Proven success in delivering global SaaS application implementations, upgrades, consolidations, and multi-site rollouts.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities across Quality, QA, Regulatory, Compliance, Validation, and IT organizations.
• Experience in managing third-party vendors and system integrators.
• A strong delivery mindset with the capability to drive projects to successful completion.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Candidates must reside in Europe and possess the legal right to work in their current country of residence.
