IT Project Manager – Pharma Transformation Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery process of enterprise IT projects, encompassing planning, execution, monitoring, and project closure.

• Manage the implementation and migration of systems related to commercial, pricing, CPQ, order management, and associated business applications.

• Coordinate tasks among business units, IT teams, vendors, and external partners.

• Monitor project scope, timeline, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies, while executing mitigation strategies.

• Assist in ERP and CRM integration projects, particularly those related to SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce.

• Facilitate communication with stakeholders, conduct project governance meetings, and prepare status reports.

• Contribute to initiatives focused on system consolidation, modernization, and enhancements in business processes.

• Ensure that project deliverables meet organizational standards, compliance regulations, and business goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• PMP certification or a comparable project management credential is preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in delivering enterprise IT projects, system implementations, or legacy migration efforts.

• Familiarity with CPQ, order management, pricing tools, or implementation projects for commercial systems.

• Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems, including SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce.

• Understanding of comprehensive Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

• Experience in supporting system consolidation, carve-out, TSA migration, or enterprise separation projects is a plus.

• Background in global pharmaceutical, life sciences, manufacturing, or highly regulated sectors.

• Strong skills in project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, and coordination.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration capabilities across global and cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
