IT Project Manager – ML/AI Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of the ML/AI Automation Initiative.

• Establish project governance, PMO controls, sprint schedules, RAID management, and status updates.

• Create and sustain the integrated project plan, MVP roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.

• Collaborate with external technology partners and manage SAP-related technical readiness tasks.

• Lead project kick-off meetings, sprint planning sessions, steering committees, and executive review meetings.

• Manage cross-functional stakeholders from Finance, Business Solutions, SAP, PMO, and external partners.

• Propel the delivery of the MVP and pilot implementation within the agreed-upon scope and success criteria.

• Ensure conformity with the target architecture, data model, and integration strategies.

• Proactively handle risks, dependencies, issues, and escalation processes.

• Coordinate testing, business validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Maintain project documentation across relevant project management and collaboration tools, including Jira and Confluence.

• Prepare executive project updates, presentations, and materials that support leadership decisions.

• Assist in resource planning, budget monitoring, and vendor management.

• Drive change management and adoption initiatives as necessary.

• Ensure compliance with established project governance, security, and IT delivery standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as an IT Project Manager managing complex technology or transformation projects.

• Experience overseeing AI, Machine Learning, automation, or data-driven initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of SAP-related projects and technology transformation settings.

• Experience collaborating with external technology vendors and implementation partners.

• Practical experience with Agile / SAFe methodologies and project delivery in a complex, matrixed organization.

• Extensive expertise in project governance, planning, RAID management, and risk and dependency oversight.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

• Capability to coordinate multiple workstreams, teams, and priorities concurrently.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical subjects into clear business messages.

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and project portfolio management platforms.

• Proficient command of English, both written and verbal.

• Strong sense of ownership, a structured approach, and the ability to drive delivery in a complex and evolving environment.
