This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Lead strategic IT, SaaS, and enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives from their inception to successful completion.

• Develop and enhance contemporary project governance frameworks.

• Implement innovative methodologies and AI-enhanced working practices.

• Engage with executive stakeholders directly.

• Facilitate Steering Committees to ensure alignment across intricate, multi-vendor ecosystems.

• Foster trusted relationships across various business functions and external collaborators.

• Recognize risks, manage dependencies, and initiate early mitigations.

• Question the status quo and promote ongoing organizational improvement.

• Address challenges independently rather than escalating issues.

• Guide, mentor, and collaborate with team members to promote high delivery standards and a growth-oriented mindset.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant professional experience in leading large-scale digital or enterprise technology transformations.

• Demonstrated success in strategic roles such as IT Transformation Manager, Senior Program Manager, or Technology Delivery Manager.

• Profound knowledge in aligning business and IT objectives.

• Experience managing executive stakeholders effectively.

• Proven ability to navigate international or multi-country organizations.

• Capability to operate independently with minimal supervision.

• Exceptional ownership, resilience, and accountability.

• Excellent communication and influencing abilities.

• Skill in driving change and building consensus without formal authority.

• A keen interest in emerging trends and a growth mindset.

• Enthusiasm for integrating AI-enabled project methodologies.

• Full proficiency in both written and spoken English.
