IT Project Manager – Messaging Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the comprehensive project roadmap, encompassing product evaluation, commercial requirements, launch, and ongoing development.

• Convert business objectives and customer needs into well-defined specifications, priorities, milestones, and delivery plans.

• Collaborate with mobile and backend developers, QA experts, designers, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Establish effective delivery processes, sprint schedules, documentation standards, and consistent progress reporting.

• Oversee project scope, dependencies, budgets, timelines, and risks while ensuring stakeholder alignment.

• Partner with commercial teams to outline the product proposition, target customer segments, implementation model, and launch priorities.

• Direct the development of business-ready features, including administration, user management, security, integrations, and support processes.

• Manage testing, release readiness, feedback collection, and ongoing product enhancements.

• Track delivery and adoption metrics, pinpoint bottlenecks, and suggest practical improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing software, mobile application, SaaS, or other technology projects.

• Proven track record of owning projects through discovery, planning, development, testing, release, and post-launch enhancement phases.

• Strong comprehension of Agile delivery methodologies and contemporary software development processes.

• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and translating business requirements into actionable technical tasks.

• Capability to handle competing priorities, delivery risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations effectively.

• Working knowledge of project management and documentation tools such as Jira and Confluence, or similar platforms.

• Professional proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• A systematic, hands-on approach and the confidence to make decisions in a dynamic product environment.

• Experience in launching or commercializing an internal product for external B2B clients.

• Background in messaging, collaboration tools, mobile applications, FinTech, payments, or SaaS.

• Familiarity with data privacy, application security, encrypted communications, or enterprise access controls.

• Experience in supporting customer onboarding, third-party integrations, or go-to-market strategies.
