IT Program, Project Management Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Guide diverse, global teams to achieve favorable results for Conduent’s clients.

• Plan, organize, oversee, manage, and deliver intricate IT projects and/or programs.

• Ensure alignment of projects with client expectations and business requirements.

• Handle projects that involve multiple technology areas and/or significant business process re-engineering.

• Participate in Conduent’s technology Project Management Office (PMO).

• Build and direct cross-functional teams.

• Complete projects within stipulated timeframes and budget constraints.

• Clearly communicate project scope, goals, and responsibilities to project teams.

• Set clear expectations for stakeholders.

• Tackle complex challenges that require critical thinking.

• Comply with rigorous reporting requirements.

• Monitor project and program control activities for performance.

• Identify potential project risks and formulate mitigation strategies.

• Engage effectively with senior business and technology leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 8 years of experience in IT project and/or program management.

• Direct experience with waterfall and agile project management methodologies.

• Proficient in stakeholder management.

• Advanced skills in project management tools, such as Microsoft Project, MS Project Online, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, and Power BI.

• PMP Certification is preferred.

• Experience in a contact center environment is preferred.
