IT Program Management Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee program managers who provide overall leadership and direction for both waterfall and agile methodologies on large-scale projects.

• Recruit and staff project and program management professionals.

• Ensure proper oversight of various programs and projects.

• Act as a point of escalation when necessary.

• Deliver, assess, and manage performance metrics.

• Collaborate and contribute insights on interdependencies among projects, programs, and systems.

• Lead, mentor, and coach team members.

• Oversee project budgets, timelines, resources, quality assurance, financial tracking, and change management.

• Create delivery plans that align with technical, policy, risk, audit, and regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience gained through applicable knowledge, responsibilities, scope, and skills.

• Familiarity with the ServiceNow PPM Module.

• Proficiency in PowerBI.

• Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring individuals.

• Understanding of cybersecurity principles, lifecycle practices, control frameworks, security architecture reviews, and technology risk management.

• Knowledge of project and program management methodologies, including estimation, sequencing, critical path analysis, financial tracking, resource allocation, quality assurance, and change control.

• Capability to interpret technical, policy, risk, audit, and regulatory criteria and translate them into actionable delivery plans.

• Proficient with enterprise project portfolio management, collaboration, reporting, documentation, and work-tracking tools.

• Familiarity with IT acquisition/procurement standards.

• Strong written communication and documentation skills, including the creation of charters, RAID logs, change control documents, dashboards, decision records, status reports, and closure packages.

• Experience with Root Cause Analysis, Stakeholder Management, and Vendor Relationship Management.

• Proficient in PowerBI reporting and Microsoft Office tools.

• Understanding of Agile Management, Scrum practices, and the Software Development Life Cycle.

• Basic foundational knowledge of cybersecurity principles.

• Proven experience in developing, monitoring, and managing project budgets and timelines.
