This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.
• Oversee IT strategy, due diligence, risk evaluation, and implementation across numerous simultaneous acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, carveouts, and divestitures.
• Formulate and execute IT integration or separation strategies that align with transaction goals, business priorities, risk profiles, and value creation objectives.
• Manage sign-to-close planning, Day 1 readiness, post-close stabilization, and the realization of value.
• Direct business and technology strategy and executive decision-making across various domains, including applications, data, commercial, ERP, manufacturing, quality, operations and supply chain, R&D, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Corporate Development, business leaders, and senior IT executives.
• Identify risks, promote accountability, resolve business and technology-related decisions, and influence transaction results.
• Lead executive governance, steering committees, global matrixed teams, and strategic partnerships.
• Develop and continuously enhance the IT M&A execution system, which includes playbooks, governance, deal data models, operating models, and execution tools.
• A bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of experience with an advanced degree.
• 7+ years of managerial experience.
• Proven experience leading technology due diligence, integration, or separation efforts for acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, carveouts, or divestitures.
• Experience in leading global, cross-functional teams and influencing decisions alongside Corporate Development, business leaders, corporate functions, and senior IT executives.
• Background in evaluating and transforming business processes, operating models, and technology capabilities to meet transaction goals, business outcomes, and value creation objectives.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree that fulfills the criteria set forth in 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.
