IT Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Uphold Pinkerton’s fundamental values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.

• Oversee platform responsibilities and vendor relations.

• Act as the primary technical liaison for OneTrust.

• Serve as the system owner from an IT standpoint, ensuring stability, performance, and lifecycle management.

• Supervise upgrades, patches, and release schedules.

• Organize User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm changes and reduce disruption for end users.

• Collaborate with the OneTrust Customer Success Manager.

• Work alongside the GRC Systems Operations Manager to identify, prioritize, and manage the development of automation rules, workflows, and templates within OneTrust.

• Oversee and enhance role-based access control (RBAC) across all OneTrust modules.

• Provide second-level technical support for incidents.

• Maintain and create documentation and solution architecture documents in line with both external and internal roadmaps.

• Execute other tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience with SaaS platforms, preferably including OneTrust, ServiceNOW, and enterprise IT environments.

• Technical proficiency in APIs, integrations, JSON, RBAC, and workflow automation.

• Capability to collaborate cross-functionally with Privacy, GRC, ICFR, Internal Audit, Legal, and Compliance teams.

• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

• Practical experience in data modeling and template-based data management.

• Proficient in managing multiple integration projects and liaising with OneTrust as the vendor and internal teams.

• Regular use of computers.

• Ability to carry out essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
