IT Platforms Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Operate and enhance essential IT platforms, managing daily configuration, modifications, troubleshooting, and improvements.

• Oversee the complete device fleet, including the provisioning, compliance, patching, and retirement of Mac and Windows devices.

• Implement and uphold device trust, data loss prevention (DLP), and web security policies in collaboration with the Information Security team.

• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes by accurately and promptly granting and revoking access.

• Streamline repetitive tasks through scripting and built-in platform automation.

• Serve as a Level 2/Level 3 escalation point for the service desk and document recurring solutions.

• Contribute to projects by taking ownership of workstreams during platform rollouts and upgrades.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in IT or workplace engineering, preferably within a cloud-first organization.

• Practical administration experience with Google Workspace and Jamf and/or Intune across both Mac and Windows environments.

• Familiarity with SSE or web security tools (such as Netskope) and an understanding of Zero Trust principles including device trust and conditional access.

• Experience managing Jira Service Management or a comparable ITSM tool.

• Proficiency in using Terraform for Configuration as Code management.

• Scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

• Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) and provisioning (SAML, SCIM) is a plus.

• Background in fintech or regulated financial services is advantageous.

• Relevant platform certifications are considered a plus.
