IT Infrastructure Operations Engineer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Deliver expert troubleshooting and fault isolation for escalated server and network issues.

• Implement firmware, BIOS, and driver updates on Dell PowerEdge servers.

• Oversee hardware break/fix processes for server infrastructure.

• Perform regular network health assessments and performance evaluations.

• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in enterprise IT infrastructure operations.

• Strong expertise in administering Dell PowerEdge servers.

• Extensive experience with Cisco networking devices (routers, switches).

• Relevant industry certifications, such as Dell Server certifications or ITIL Foundation.
