IT Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain applications, workflows, and data products on the Palantir platform.

• Develop and enhance data pipelines, integrations, and transformation processes that connect ERP, MES, CRM, PLM, quality, supply chain, and other enterprise systems.

• Construct scalable Ontology models, operational workflows, dashboards, and business applications within Palantir Foundry.

• Collect requirements and convert business needs into technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Create applications utilizing Palantir's low-code and custom development frameworks.

• Support AI-driven workflows leveraging Palantir AIP and advanced analytics.

• Generate automated reporting, KPI dashboards, and operational performance monitoring solutions.

• Diagnose data quality, integration, workflow, and application performance issues.

• Conduct testing, validation, deployment, and documentation throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Suggest process enhancements that boost efficiency, visibility, and decision-making capabilities.

• Uphold data governance, security, and compliance standards.

• Engage in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, standups, and retrospectives.

• Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Sales, and Executive Leadership.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, data models, and system architecture diagrams.

• Keep updated with Palantir technologies, advancements in AI, and best practices in enterprise analytics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• Over 3 years of experience in software development, application development, data engineering, or enterprise systems development.

• More than 2 years of experience working with enterprise data platforms, analytics solutions, or digital transformation initiatives.

• Proficiency in developing integrations between enterprise applications and databases.

• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.

• Experience with SQL and relational databases.

• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar.

• Experience in building APIs and system integrations.

• Knowledge of cloud-based architectures and enterprise application design.

• Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data governance principles.

• Experience with Git, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
