IT Consultant – Digital Product Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide expert advice to clients and autonomously design, implement, and deploy customized solutions utilizing the TIVITY platform.

• Create comprehensive solutions from concept through user stories and mockups all the way to the final product.

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the project/development team to guarantee successful project outcomes.

• Perform thorough product and competitive evaluations of cutting-edge, market-leading software solutions.

• Organize workshops to address complex technical and business challenges.

• Gather and articulate client vision and requirements.

• Develop wireframes to depict user flows effectively.

• Strategize a Minimum Viable Product (MVP).

• Iteratively create data models, data queries, user interfaces, and workflows using the TIVITY platform.

• Assess solutions through user feedback surveys and implement necessary modifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in the IT sector or a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT Consultant, Product Manager, Solution Architect, or in a related role.

• Proficient in analyzing and interpreting user/product requirements, developing solution strategies, and executing them.

• Experience in coordinating activities and/or managing projects.

• Familiarity with change, release, and test management processes.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and assertiveness skills, along with a solution-oriented mindset and analytical ability.

• Experience working with distributed teams and in remote environments; a dedicated home office and reliable infrastructure are essential.

• Strong customer orientation, ownership, planning and organizational abilities, coupled with determination.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies and software development frameworks: Agile, Scrum, Kanban.

• Proficient in both German and English (business level).

• Certification as a Professional Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner is advantageous, though not mandatory.
