This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Recruit, nurture, and maintain relationships with current and potential ISV partners.
• Establish executive-level connections and partnership frameworks that yield mutual benefits.
• Create collaborative sales motions, solution narratives, market positioning, and co-marketing efforts.
• Enhance partner solutions through hardware validation, pre-loading, compatibility alignment, out-of-box experience enhancements, and unique enablement resources.
• Design and implement go-to-market strategies for physical security, digital media, and other ISV-related market segments.
• Identify growth areas, target ISVs, ecosystem partners, and market opportunities.
• Formulate market penetration strategies and initiatives that broaden organizational reach and future revenue potential.
• Develop messaging, sales tools, partner enablement resources, and marketing programs in collaboration with internal stakeholders and the marketing agency.
• Work in partnership with sales, product management, engineering, marketing, and business development teams.
• Align value propositions, partner priorities, solution readiness, and market execution.
• Oversee technical validation, hardware and software compatibility testing, solution optimization, and out-of-box experience enhancements with technical teams.
• Influence without direct authority, foster trusted relationships, and convert partnership strategies into coordinated market actions.
• Generate future revenue opportunities through scalable, partner-centric solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
• Minimum of five years of experience in strategic alliances, partner development, ISV ecosystem development, channel development, technology alliances, or partner-focused business development.
• Proficiency in understanding partner, customer, and technical requirements and linking them to hardware, services, validation, deployment, and lifecycle capabilities.
• Proven ability to identify growth segments, create market penetration strategies, establish competitive positioning, and execute partner-driven go-to-market initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Innovative, results-driven mindset with the ability to collaborate, offer proactive recommendations, and negotiate through influence.
• Independent work ethic with the ability to prioritize tasks and achieve results autonomously.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for partner meetings, industry events, and ISV engagements.
• Experience in relevant roles such as Alliance Manager, Partner Development Manager, ISV Partner Manager, Technology Alliance Manager, Channel Development Manager, Ecosystem Manager, partner-focused Product Marketing Manager, or Strategic Partnerships Manager.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management systems, preferably HubSpot.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Capability to effectively engage in video conferences and virtual meetings, utilize standard business technology, review documents and digital displays, exercise sound reasoning and judgment, and maintain focus for extended durations.
• Remote, territory-based work from a home office or external customer location.
• Ability to travel as necessary for partner meetings, industry events, and ISV engagements.
