
ISV GTM Sales Strategist, DACH

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Identify and prioritize enterprise Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), global ISVs, cloud providers, and marketplace partners for the adoption of NVIDIA software.
β’ Take ownership of and enhance partner account plans that encompass executive stakeholders, target workloads, integration priorities, commercial pathways, field actions, promotional achievements, and proof-of-value opportunities.
β’ Convert the global ISV strategy into execution plans for the EMEA region, detailing countries, industries, workloads, seller actions, and customer adoption targets.
β’ Collaborate with developer relations, AI-native teams, solution architects, product, marketing, field, legal, and partner engineering teams to eliminate integration obstacles and expedite adoption.
β’ Position NVIDIA libraries and frameworks, including CUDA-X, NIM, NeMo, Agent Toolkit, TensorRT-LLM, Triton, Run:ai, Mission Control, and GPU-accelerated data/inference pipelines, within partner products and narratives.
β’ Drive co-selling initiatives through cloud marketplaces, OEM channels, Global System Integrators (GSIs), solution advisors, and field sellers.
β’ Enhance partner enablement and customer-facing materials that link NVIDIA software to partner product value and enterprise use cases.
β’ Monitor adoption rates, pipeline status, partner health, support requirements, product feedback, customer references, competitive landscape, and expansion opportunities within the designated ISV/cloud portfolio.
β’ Lead partnerships with senior management to advance the commercial agenda, integration prospects, technical and commercial enablement, and promotional scaling efforts.
β’ BS/MS or equivalent experience in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
β’ Over 8 years of experience in enterprise software partnerships, technical sales, alliances, developer relations, product partnerships, global alliances, or cloud go-to-market strategies.
β’ Proven experience collaborating directly with ISVs, SaaS platforms, enterprise application providers, global software companies, cloud providers, or cloud marketplace teams.
β’ Understanding of enterprise AI workloads, agentic applications, generative AI applications, cloud platforms, marketplaces, APIs, SDKs, and contemporary software delivery methods.
β’ Strong commercial and operational discipline across partner plans, pipeline assessments, enablement programs, marketplace strategies, and executive reporting.
β’ Exceptional ability to qualify opportunities, manage partner plans, coordinate collaborators, and link technical integration to revenue outcomes.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills when interacting with engineers, product leaders, field sellers, executives, and partner teams.
β’ Capability to influence across global, regional, product, marketing, partner, and sales teams.
β’ Experience in launching co-selling initiatives, marketplace offers, private offers, ISV certification programs, or regional adoption campaigns stemming from global alliances.
β’ Familiarity with NVIDIA AI Enterprise, NIM, NeMo, Nemotron, NVIDIA Agent Toolkit, Run:ai, Mission Control, CUDA-X, Triton, TensorRT-LLM, or Dynamo.
β’ Experience with application-layer AI companies or enterprise ISVs that integrate AI into workflows across sectors such as efficiency, finance, healthcare, industrial, or retail.
β’ A strong network within EMEA ISVs and a track record of converting partner efforts into customer adoption and measurable results.
