This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Direct the operational planning and execution of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with protocols and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance trial design and boost operational efficiency throughout the clinical development process.
• Track trial progress and performance metrics, offering insights to guide decision-making and promote continuous improvement.
• Mentor and nurture junior staff, cultivating a culture of collaboration and excellence within the team.
• Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication across clinical operations.
• Supervise the execution of clinical trials, guaranteeing efficient, timely, and regulatory-compliant delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.
• Significant experience in managing clinical operations, with a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and effectively manage teams in a dynamic environment.
• At least 2 years of experience in an Operations Manager role or in a leadership position.
• A minimum of 3 years of direct experience in biosample management is required.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, with a strong emphasis on process optimization.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a proven ability to influence stakeholders and achieve successful outcomes.
• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 10%).
