ISS Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the operational planning and implementation of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with protocols and timelines.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance trial design and improve operational efficiency throughout the clinical development phase.

• Track trial progress and performance metrics, offering insights to support decision-making and promote continuous improvement.

• Guide and develop junior team members, cultivating a culture of teamwork and excellence within the group.

• Establish strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication across clinical operations.

• Manage the delivery of clinical operations, address issues, and enhance team capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience in overseeing clinical operations, with a comprehensive understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.

• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• At least 2 years of experience as an Operations Manager or in a leadership role involving personnel management.

• A minimum of 3 years of direct experience in biosample management is essential.

• Expertise in project management tools and methodologies, with a strong emphasis on process optimization.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and achieve successful outcomes.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 10%).

• Legal authorization to work in Argentina.
