This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement strategies to identify and recruit new ISOs, agents, and other valuable sales channels.
• Establish and sustain a pipeline of potential partners through industry connections, networking, referrals, proactive outreach, events, and targeted business development.
• Oversee the partner recruitment process from initial contact through evaluation, commercial discussions, contract negotiation, and finalization.
• Assess prospective partners based on strategic alignment, growth potential, economic viability, capabilities, and business and risk criteria.
• Create partner propositions, pricing models, and solutions collaboratively with internal teams.
• Assist newly onboarded partners through the onboarding and activation process.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with potential and newly recruited partners.
• Maintain transparency in recruitment pipeline, partner engagement, anticipated production, and key opportunities through CRM and reporting methodologies.
• Meet ISO and channel recruitment targets, including onboarding 5 new ISOs monthly and achieving 100 MIDs annually.
• Act as a representative of Priority Commerce within the payments sector and foster long-term channel partnerships.
• Extensive experience in payments, merchant acquiring, fintech, or a closely related field.
• In-depth understanding of the ISO and agent distribution model.
• Proven track record in recruiting, developing, or managing ISO, agent, or other third-party sales channel relationships.
• Established industry connections and the ability to independently identify and develop new partnership opportunities.
• Strong commercial insight, including the evaluation of partnership economics and negotiation of complex contracts.
• Executive-level relationship management, communication, and persuasive skills.
• Robust business development practices, including pipeline oversight, forecasting, prioritization, and follow-through.
• Capacity to work independently in a highly visible, results-driven role while collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Product, Risk, Operations, and Partner Success.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Must be able to lift 10 pounds.
• Requires eye-hand coordination, manual dexterity, and normal hearing and vision range (with or without correction).
