This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate the analysis and enhancement of workflows, assisting teams in comprehending existing processes and pinpointing opportunities for redesign.
• Coordinate technical and application resources to assess changes in systems and processes.
• Lead change-management assessments within a large academic healthcare setting.
• Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and activities.
• Maintain documentation such as issue lists, decision records, meeting minutes, agendas, status reports, and various project tools.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams that include employees, technical support, operations, vendors, clinicians, hospital administration, and end users.
• Provide project updates and status reports to IS management, escalating issues as necessary.
• Deliver exceptional end-user support and encourage the adoption of change-management policies and procedures.
• Facilitate the analysis and enhancement of technology.
• Define current technology profiles and future requirements in collaboration with stakeholder groups.
• Establish technical criteria for vendor solution selection and oversee the vendor selection process.
• Acquire domain knowledge to identify project requirements and challenges.
• Recruit expert resources to assess cutting-edge technology.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in a related job discipline.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
• A Master's degree is preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or an equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Experience managing technology projects in healthcare, academic medical centers, or highly regulated environments.
• Proven experience leading enterprise software implementations, upgrades, or system optimization projects.
• Familiarity with Epic and/or other digital health technologies.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, or similar project management tools.
• Capability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities while ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
• Experience in stakeholder management with executive leadership, clinical teams, operational departments, and technical teams.
• Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and written communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience in organizational change management, process improvement, and workflow optimization.
• Understanding of healthcare privacy, security, and regulatory standards such as HIPAA.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, statements of work, contract deliverables, and implementation partners.
• Ability to identify project risks, formulate mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues.
• Experience supporting digital transformation or patient engagement initiatives.
• Expected starting pay range of $81,723.20–$104,208.00 per year.
• Additional compensation may apply, including shift, on-call, or weekend differentials.
