Investor Relations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Assist Analysts and senior team members in fostering investor relationships and addressing routine inquiries.

• Oversee and meticulously track deal flow within a dynamic front-office setting.

• Compile investment documentation, including financial forecasts, market assessments, and sponsor financial statements, for investor evaluation.

• Aid in the completion of diligence and closing checklists.

• Ensure pipeline accuracy by updating Salesforce and internal systems to maintain data integrity.

• Prepare materials for investor pipeline meetings.

• Monitor timelines and manage deliverables.

• Facilitate the flow of documentation and due diligence items across internal teams.

• Develop expertise in LIHTC underwriting standards, real estate due diligence, and criteria specific to investors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Urban Planning, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience with LIHTC transactions.

• Exceptional organizational abilities.

• Capacity to coordinate complex tasks and prioritize competing demands.

• Proficient in managing and maintaining extensive documentation.

• Strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities effectively.

• Willingness to travel 5-10% for internal events, conferences, and investor meetings.

• Experience with Salesforce is advantageous.

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher is a plus.
