This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop intricate and realistic finance scenarios grounded in professional practices.

• Create supporting documentation including models, memos, filings, and relevant data.

• Write finance tasks intended for the training of AI agents.

• Assess finance tasks utilized for AI agent training.

• Formulate complex problems instead of merely processing high volumes of data.

• Take ownership of analyses and decisions related to live-deal or investment models, due diligence, valuations, recommendations, forecasting, reporting cycles, financing, and reliance memos.

• Engage in projects aimed at training and improving AI systems.

• Collaborate with top AI researchers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of substantial, recent, hands-on finance experience at a reputable institution.

• Currently employed in the finance sector.

• Direct experience with Excel and financial modeling.

• Familiarity with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, FactSet, data rooms, ERP/consolidation systems, or relevant quant/risk platforms.

• Availability to commit at least 10 hours per week.

• Experience in investment banking and M&A, private equity/private credit, corporate finance/FP&A, equity or credit research, asset or wealth management, quantitative finance, risk management, treasury, capital markets, corporate development, technical accounting, real estate, infrastructure, project finance, or regulatory/compliance finance.

• An advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD) and/or recognized credentials (CFA, CPA, FRM, actuarial designation) preferred, but not mandatory.

• Must not require H1-B or STEM OPT sponsorship.
