This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create accurate, task-oriented grading criteria for practical banking deliverables

• Assess financial models, valuation analyses, pitch decks, CIMs, deal memos, and materials for boards and committees

• Evaluate AI-generated and human-produced work samples based on established criteria

• Offer comprehensive written explanations for each score assigned

• Utilize consistent, evidence-driven judgment to ensure scores are replicable and defensible

• Integrate structured feedback from senior reviewers and make rapid iterations

• Complete a concise assessment or furnish additional details if needed

• Engage in projects aimed at training and improving AI systems

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of professional investment banking experience (associate level or higher)

• Experience at top-tier global investment banks or prestigious advisory boutiques in M&A, coverage, or capital markets

• Profound understanding of three-statement and transaction modeling, including DCF, LBO, comparables, and merger math

• Excellent valuation judgment

• Familiarity with deal-process documentation

• Knowledge of formatting and precision standards for bank-quality deliverables

• Exceptional written communication skills and ability to provide thorough justifications

• Detail-oriented, consistent, and comfortable having judgments reviewed and compared with peers

• Previous experience with AI training, evaluation, or human-data projects is a significant advantage

• Must be eligible to work as an independent contractor

• H1-B and STEM OPT candidates are not eligible
