This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Onboard, oversee, and administer Non-Standard / Specialist investments throughout the Nucleus group.
• Perform comprehensive due diligence evaluations on Non-Standard / Specialist investments to assess their acceptability.
• Provide recommendations with in-depth rationales to Senior Leadership.
• Collaborate with administrative support to complete asset onboarding and confirm accurate title receipt.
• Serve as a point of contact for escalations and intricate technical investment challenges.
• Process client instructions and handle internal and external inquiries across various communication channels.
• Evaluate risks related to Non-Standard / Specialist investments and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Identify departmental risks and escalate issues to the Technical Team Leader.
• Generate and utilize management information reports and board papers to aid in risk mitigation and precise record-keeping.
• Develop, review, and enhance process guides, essential literature, controls, communication templates, and webpages.
• Assist with regulatory data requests.
• Review modifications to existing or ongoing fees for active and impaired Non-Standard investments.
• Analyze Workplace Pension Scheme data, create investment reports, and initiate actions and customer notifications.
• Share expertise and support colleagues within the Technical Investment team and the broader business.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third-party suppliers and clients.
• Prior experience in the financial services sector, preferably within a SIPP provider.
• Familiarity with the SIPP investment lifecycle and the risks associated with a diverse range of investments.
• Understanding of various asset classes and their effects on operational processes.
• Exceptional relationship-building abilities.
• Capacity to prioritize high-impact tasks while ensuring attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Proficient in anticipating colleagues' needs and managing conflicting priorities.
• Ability to think creatively and devise new solutions for existing challenges.
