📋 Description

• Oversee pricing and investigator payment activities that demand technical expertise, with an emphasis on quality and ongoing enhancement.

• Evaluate and create pricing strategies for clinical trial investigators, ensuring they align with budgetary limits and project specifications.

• Work alongside clinical operations, finance departments, and investigators to collect data, review cost structures, and formulate precise pricing models.

• Perform financial analysis and benchmarking to assess pricing competitiveness and pinpoint opportunities for cost savings and efficiency enhancements.

• Generate comprehensive pricing reports and documentation, offering insights and recommendations to facilitate strategic decision-making and financial planning.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies related to pricing and financial management in clinical trials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Significant experience in financial analysis, pricing strategy formulation, or cost management, ideally within the clinical research or healthcare industry.

• Demonstrated capability to analyze intricate cost data, create pricing models, and deliver actionable insights for financial decision-making.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with expertise in financial modeling and data analysis tools.

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders.

• Availability to travel as necessary (approximately 5%).
