Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Conduct technical interviews using Karat's platform.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience while assessing essential coding skills and technical knowledge.

• Offer insights on candidate performance, coding style, communication abilities, responses to knowledge questions, and coding methodology.

• Work alongside Karat to evaluate content, processes, and products.

• Reduce bias, enhance hiring signals, and deliver objective assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• High degree of professionalism and interpersonal abilities.

• Consistent access to a functioning webcam, microphone, and a reliable Internet connection.

• Previous experience in conducting technical interviews is preferred (e.g., data structures, algorithms).

• Resumes should be submitted in English.

• Candidates must reside in Singapore.
