Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Luxembourg.

📋 Description

• Conduct technical interviews with software developers via Karat’s platform.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience while assessing core coding abilities and technical expertise.

• Offer feedback on candidate performance, coding style, communication skills, responses to knowledge questions, and coding strategies.

• Collaborate with Karat to evaluate content, processes, and products.

• Reduce bias, enhance hiring indicators, and carry out objective evaluations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• High degree of professionalism and interpersonal skills.

• Consistent access to a functioning webcam, microphone, and reliable Internet connection.

• Experience in conducting technical interviews is preferred (e.g., data structures, algorithms).
