Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iceland.

📋 Description

• Conduct technical interviews utilizing Karat's platform.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience while assessing essential coding abilities and technical expertise.

• Analyze candidate performance, coding style, communication skills, responses to knowledge questions, and overall coding methodology.

• Partner with Karat to evaluate content, processes, and products.

• Develop inclusive hiring practices by reducing bias, enhancing hiring indicators, and providing objective evaluations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer.

• Outstanding English communication skills (both written and spoken) alongside a high degree of professionalism and interpersonal abilities.

• Consistent access to a functioning webcam, microphone, and reliable Internet connection.

• Resumes should be submitted in English.

• Prior experience in conducting technical interviews is preferred (e.g., data structures, algorithms).
