Interview Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bangladesh.

📋 Description

• Conduct technical interviews utilizing Karat's platform

• Ensure a positive candidate experience while assessing essential coding abilities and technical expertise

• Offer feedback on candidate performance, coding practices, communication abilities, responses to knowledge questions, and coding methodologies

• Work in partnership with Karat to evaluate content, processes, and products

• Foster inclusive hiring practices by reducing bias, enhancing hiring signals, and performing objective assessments

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer

• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken

• High degree of professionalism and interpersonal abilities

• Consistent access to a functional webcam, microphone, and reliable Internet connection

• Previous experience in conducting technical interviews is preferred (e.g., covering data structures, algorithms)

• Resume must be submitted in English

• Must reside in Bangladesh
