This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ The Interventional Development Manager/Senior Manager is a strategic field-oriented position dedicated to enhancing interventional pain adoption across all regions, with particular emphasis on select areas.
β’ This role will concentrate on promoting key interventional initiatives such as physician training, field education, case support, and engagement with relevant societies.
β’ The IDM will act as a vital connection between market development, the field sales team, professional education, and targeted interventional providers to foster the adoption and effective use of SI-BONE technologies, products, and procedural techniques.
β’ This position is well-suited for seasoned TRs possessing extensive knowledge of interventional pain or for an external candidate with a proven track record in interventional device markets.
β’ Travel Requirements: 30-50%
β’ A Bachelorβs degree in business, healthcare, or a related discipline (mandatory)
β’ Over 5 years of experience in the medical device industry, preferably in interventional pain or spine
β’ Strong clinical insight with experience in supporting procedures within an OR or ASC setting
β’ Established history in physician training and/or sales enablement
β’ Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities
β’ Willingness to travel regionally (up to 60%)
