Internship Product Management – Heatpump

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with product managers for heat pumps and gain extensive insight into the product portfolio.

• Assist in the advancement of sustainable energy innovations and serve as a liaison to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Conduct technical comparisons of products and competitors.

• Engage in strategic initiatives and hands-on, implementation-driven projects.

• Present complex technical heat pump products in an articulate and persuasive manner for sales teams.

• Identify, visualize, and consistently enhance product metrics.

• Leverage forward-looking technologies and AI tools to make product management processes and analyses more innovative and efficient.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree at a German university in Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Availability for a minimum of 4 months as an intern or, by agreement, 15–20 hours per week as a working student.

• Initial practical experience in product management, strategy development, or gaining market insights.

• Preliminary exposure, interest, or background in heat pump technology and heating systems is advantageous.

• Strong interest in AI and/or existing knowledge of AI, with experience using AI tools being ideal.

• Capability to effectively communicate technical concepts to various audiences.

• Highly self-reliant, proactive, and organized working style with a strong sense of ownership.

• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, interdisciplinary work setting.

• Agile, results-oriented mindset with a focus on solutions and a collaborative attitude.

• Proficient in German at C-level and fluent in English, both written and spoken.
