This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide training and technical support to law enforcement and multidisciplinary partners regarding ICAC and cyber-enabled offenses against children.
• Offer guidance on investigative processes, digital evidence management, task force collaboration, and technology-assisted case support.
• Create educational curricula, job aids, and practice manuals for investigators, analysts, and affiliated agencies.
• Facilitate peer learning, conduct after-action reviews, and promote ongoing improvement across participating jurisdictions.
• Contribute specialized qualifications and narrative of past performance to WIL grant and sponsored research proposals when authorized.
• Practical experience in investigating or supporting Internet Crimes Against Children, online child exploitation, or related cybercrime cases.
• Proven experience in delivering training or technical assistance to law enforcement or multidisciplinary justice partners.
• Excellent written and instructional capabilities tailored for operational and research audiences.
• Willingness to engage in full-time employment or project-based contracts; remote-first with travel as necessary for partner and field activities.
• Experience with ICAC Task Forces, digital forensics, or cybercrime units (preferred).
• Knowledge of federal justice TTA models and coordination among multi-state task forces (preferred).
• Previous engagements that can be referenced, including agency/partner, role, and year (preferred).
• Comprehensive training and development opportunities.
