International Recruitment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Promote CIEE's Seasonal Exchange programs to potential U.S. businesses.

• Conduct prospecting and cold calling to gather essential information regarding host employer requirements.

• Develop and maintain relationships with recruiters, HR representatives, business owners, and U.S. summer camps.

• Advise on hiring requirements and facilitate the creation of effective Bridge USA programs.

• Secure commitments from host employers and summer camps to hire Bridge USA participants via CIEE's hiring services.

• Deliver customized hiring solutions tailored to the specific needs of each host employer.

• Represent CIEE at regional and national trade shows as necessary.

• Collaborate with the Seasonal Exchanges teams to ensure a smooth participant experience from application to program completion.

• Recruit program participants for host employers in-person, overseas, or virtually.

• Keep an accurate and comprehensive sales database.

• Travel internationally as required to achieve program placement goals and objectives.

• Execute additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent international qualification).

• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated sales success is required.

• Experience in B2B and human capital solutions is preferred.

• Background in international exchange programs is advantageous.

• International travel and/or work experience is preferred.

• Experience in recruitment or Human Resources is preferred.

• Proficiency in computer applications including MS Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce.

• Strong ability to collaborate effectively.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Capacity to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment while meeting tight deadlines.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Initiative and flexibility are essential.

• Energetic, personable, and oriented towards goals and teamwork.

• Willingness and capability to travel domestically and internationally as necessary.

• Completion of background check, reference check, and verification of education and employment is required as a condition of employment.
