📋 Description

• Oversee the vacancies assigned in partnership with Atlean World.

• Identify candidates via job boards, social media platforms, and networking.

• Conduct pre-screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit.

• Present the selected candidates to the internal recruitment team.

• Ensure ongoing communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey.

• Develop and maintain a network of candidates across global markets.

• Discover new sourcing avenues, markets, and recruitment strategies.

• Monitor performance and strive towards personal and financial objectives.

• Enhance professional reputation through consistent results and high-quality recruitment.
