International Recruiter – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Identify and source qualified candidates for global job openings utilizing online platforms, social media, professional networks, and referrals.

• Establish and nurture a robust pipeline of talented candidates across various markets and language profiles.

• Evaluate CVs and applications to assess candidates against the specified role requirements.

• Conduct screening calls and interviews with candidates.

• Provide candidates with detailed information regarding job opportunities, employers, locations, working conditions, and recruitment processes.

• Manage ongoing communication with candidates and offer regular updates.

• Facilitate interview coordination between candidates and hiring partners.

• Maintain candidate records and ensure updates are reflected in recruitment systems and databases.

• Cultivate relationships with candidates, clients, and internal recruitment teams.

• Assist candidates with interview preparation and provide relocation-related information when necessary.

• Adhere to recruitment procedures, quality standards, confidentiality requirements, and data protection regulations.

• Monitor recruitment activities while striving to meet established candidate placement targets.

• Stay informed about international recruitment trends, labor markets, and available job opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.

• Exceptional command of English, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in additional languages is beneficial, especially for international candidate markets.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities.

• Confident in conducting telephone and video interviews.

• Capability to evaluate candidate suitability and identify relevant skills and experiences.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates and job vacancies.

• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.

• Good computer literacy and familiarity with recruitment platforms, databases, and online communication tools.
