International Recruiter – BPO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with CBT hiring managers to determine ongoing recruitment needs.

• Advertise job openings on a variety of international platforms.

• Actively seek out potential candidates through online avenues, including social media and professional networks.

• Evaluate candidates who meet the specified criteria.

• Organize and conduct initial interviews.

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with former applicants and prospective candidates.

• Maintain communication with candidates until they secure a position with the client.

• Proficiency in identifying qualified candidates using diverse sourcing techniques.

• Knowledge of social media, job boards, resume databases, and professional networking platforms.

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment utilizing various interview methodologies and assessment techniques.

• Background in recruiting for BPO positions.

• Proven experience as a freelance recruiter.

• Familiarity with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Experience in recruiting for the European market, particularly in the French sector.

• Fluent in English.
