International Rate Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Issue, reissue, and void airline tickets using Sabre GDS.

• Process both voluntary and involuntary ticket exchanges in accordance with airline policies and fare regulations.

• Manage ticket refunds while ensuring adherence to carrier guidelines.

• Analyze and apply intricate airline fare rules, tariffs, penalties, and restrictions.

• Calculate additional collections, residual values, and refund sums based on customer travel policies.

• Review and resolve ticketing discrepancies and audit results.

• Assist travel consultants with fare construction, routing validation, and ticketing-related queries.

• Keep accurate documentation of all ticketing transactions.

• Remain updated on airline policies, industry regulations, and GDS advancements.

• Ensure compliance with company protocols and quality standards.

• Experience working in high-volume environments.

• Proven proficiency in MS Excel.

• Exceptional time-management and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with GDS Sabre.

• Willingness to work day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as required by business needs.
