This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Oversee the efforts of an international team comprising 12 Delegation Directors positioned globally.
• Manage the Member Services team, which consists of 26 individuals.
• Assist delegation teams in providing support to members across the Association's 20 geographic regions.
• Facilitate the implementation of services and programs initiated by Headquarters.
• Develop and execute local action plans established within each delegation.
• Collaborate closely with local delegates who unite, engage, and represent delegation members.
• Supervise the Employer Brand team, which consists of 2 members.
• Optimize the use of the Association’s HR tools, including its recruitment website and applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Promote the network to relevant educational institutions capable of supplying talent to members.
• Organize and plan the Association’s primary member meetings throughout the year.
• Coordinate national or regional delegation meetings and business-specific gatherings for chefs, sales teams, and human resources teams.
• Ensure the successful execution of member meetings.
• Travel internationally for approximately 50% of the year.
• Demonstrated and robust managerial capabilities leading a team dispersed across multiple countries worldwide.
• Experience in managing seasoned and self-sufficient professionals.
• Proficient in supporting less experienced profiles with significant potential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate relationships with Association members in all countries.
• Comprehensive understanding of the hospitality and restaurant industry.
• Authentic interest in the hospitality and restaurant field.
• Familiarity with the luxury sector within the hospitality and restaurant industry.
• An international background; experience in various countries is highly valued.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
• Proficiency in one additional language, such as Spanish, German, or Italian, is preferred.
• Strong willingness to travel.
