This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a network of more than 40 distributors in partnership with EMEA, LATAM, and APAC Regional Sales Directors.
• Identify, evaluate, contract, onboard, certify, and empower new distributors and partners.
• Facilitate commercial negotiations, establish distributor contracts, and manage contract renewals.
• Design and implement the distributor certification program.
• Provide distributors with updates regarding sales tools, marketing materials, and pricing information.
• Attend quarterly distributor meetings to present product insights, marketing materials, and review sales pipelines.
• Conduct in-person international distributor update meetings.
• Manage distributor performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and scorecards.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to meet quarterly and annual targets and execute corrective action plans.
• Contribute to the tracking of international regulatory requirements and market entry.
• Maintain active registrations in current markets.
• Work together on significant customer accounts.
• Engage in international conferences and events.
• Support key opportunities and tenders.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in partner management, reseller management, or a similar role within a global context.
• Proven experience in negotiating and managing commercial contracts across various jurisdictions.
• Background in selling to or managing sales within healthcare systems.
• Proficient in CRM software, sales productivity tools, and Google Suite.
• Strong analytical abilities with the capability to transform complex data into actionable insights.
• Established record of developing and executing successful B2B partnerships.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Capability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
• Preferred: More than 5 years of experience in a SaaS-based software company.
• Preferred: Experience in Radiation Oncology.
