This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
β’ Spearhead the downstream marketing strategy for Europe and key international growth regions.
β’ Formulate market-entry and launch strategies that align with CE Mark and EU MDR timelines.
β’ Establish positioning and messaging for the Advanced Imaging coronary product line.
β’ Adapt sales tools, clinical resources, digital materials, and training content for local markets.
β’ Equip direct sales teams and distribution partners with training and marketing assistance.
β’ Evaluate market potential, competition, customer demographics, reimbursement scenarios, and growth prospects.
β’ Foster relationships with KOLs, clinical advocates, and cardiology associations.
β’ Act as the representative for Philips Advanced Imaging at international cardiology conferences.
β’ Create regional digital marketing campaigns to boost awareness and product adoption.
β’ Assess launch performance, pinpoint commercial risks, and modify strategies as needed.
β’ Collaborate with global Marketing, Sales, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, senior executives, and international market partners.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Business, or a similar discipline.
β’ Minimum of 7 years in marketing or related medical device experience.
β’ Proven experience in launching medical technologies in European or international markets.
β’ Familiarity with European MedTech markets, regulatory standards, and reimbursement frameworks.
β’ Background in product marketing, sales enablement, market segmentation, and competitive analysis.
β’ Capability to convert intricate market data into straightforward commercial strategies.
β’ Strong cross-cultural communication skills and ability to collaborate with global and regional stakeholders.
β’ Highly organized, commercially oriented, and adept at juggling multiple priorities.
β’ Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional European languages is advantageous.
β’ Willingness to travel internationally about 30β40% of the time.
β’ Experience in interventional cardiology, intravascular imaging, or cardiovascular devices is a plus.
β’ Eligibility for bonuses tied to KPIs and overall company performance.
