This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Develop and implement a strategy for international channel expansion, with a primary focus on Southeast Asia and a secondary emphasis on the GCC.
• Identify, source, evaluate, negotiate, and finalize agreements with distributor and reseller partners.
• Collaborate with partners to formulate market entry strategies at the country level.
• Oversee partner onboarding, certification, training, and implementation quality standards.
• Create escalation pathways for Level 2/3 support.
• Propel partner-driven pipeline growth and aid in the enterprise deal strategy.
• Engage in government and private healthcare tender processes and assist with RFI/RFP responses.
• Analyze win/loss trends and enhance partner sales strategies accordingly.
• Attend conferences, trade events, and user groups to enhance brand visibility and expand partner networks.
• Establish KPI tracking, ensure performance accountability, conduct monthly business reviews, and monitor revenue forecasts along with quarterly executive reports.
• Maintain communication with partners regarding product developments, market opportunities, and program modifications.
• Coordinate partner-facing channel initiatives in collaboration with marketing, which includes co-branded materials, go-to-market campaigns, and industry-specific use cases.
• Act as the chief architect for international channel infrastructure and the long-term regional expansion strategy.
• Over 8 years of experience in healthcare IT or medical software.
• More than 5 years of experience managing international distributors or channel partners.
• Required experience in the ASEAN/Southeast Asia healthcare markets.
• Familiarity with GCC healthcare markets is a plus.
• Proven track record in negotiating channel agreements.
• Knowledge of government procurement processes and experience in supporting government or large enterprise tenders.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical settings.
• Experience in managing long sales cycles ranging from 9 to 24 months.
• Preferred experience with clinical software, EHR, interoperability, or medical device integration.
• Prior experience in expanding into Southeast Asian markets is advantageous.
• Multilingual skills in Southeast Asian languages are preferred.
• Familiarity with in-country medical device or software regulatory standards across SEA markets is beneficial.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication and negotiation abilities.
• Financial literacy, encompassing margin, channel economics, and forecasting.
• Capability to work independently with a strong sense of accountability.
• Legal eligibility to work in an APAC country; sponsorship will not be provided.
• Willingness to accommodate meetings across various time zones, including occasional early morning or evening availability.
• Up to 40–50% international travel is necessary.
