This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Develop and implement a strategy for international channel expansion, focusing primarily on Southeast Asia and secondarily on the GCC.
• Identify, source, evaluate, recruit, and contract distributor and reseller partners with experience in healthcare IT.
• Negotiate channel agreements that address territory protections, revenue targets, and commercial terms.
• Collaborate with partners to devise market entry strategies at the country level.
• Execute partner onboarding programs and establish certification standards.
• Oversee the quality of implementation standards and create Level 2/3 support escalation pathways.
• Propel partner-sourced pipeline growth and assist in enterprise deal strategies.
• Engage in government and private healthcare tender processes and support responses to RFI/RFPs.
• Analyze patterns of wins and losses to enhance partner sales strategies.
• Attend conferences, trade shows, and user group meetings.
• Establish KPI tracking, ensure performance accountability, conduct monthly business reviews, create forecasts, and provide quarterly executive reports.
• Maintain ongoing communication with partners regarding product developments, market opportunities, and program updates.
• Collaborate with marketing on co-branded materials, go-to-market campaigns, and healthcare use cases.
• Travel internationally up to 40–50% across Southeast Asia and GCC markets.
• Act as the primary architect for international channel infrastructure and regional expansion strategies.
• Over 8 years of experience in healthcare IT or medical software.
• More than 5 years managing international distributors or channel partners.
• Required experience in ASEAN/Southeast Asia healthcare markets.
• Favorable experience in GCC healthcare markets.
• Proven track record of negotiating channel agreements.
• Familiarity with government procurement processes and experience supporting government or large enterprise tenders.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows and clinical environments.
• Experience managing lengthy sales cycles of 9–24 months.
• Preferred experience in clinical software, EHR, interoperability, or medical device integration.
• Previous experience expanding into Southeast Asian markets is preferred.
• Multilingual capabilities in Southeast Asian languages are preferred.
• Familiarity with in-country medical device or software regulatory requirements across SEA markets is preferred.
• Strong cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.
• Financial literacy regarding margin, channel economics, and forecasting.
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of accountability.
• Legal authorization to work in an APAC country; company sponsorship is not available.
