Internal Transfer Representative, HR - Talent Acquisition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Manage all internal transfers including promotions, demotions, status changes, shift adjustments, job code modifications, and department relocations promptly.

• Collaborate with the compensation team to acquire information regarding rate adjustments, whether increases or decreases.

• Act as the main point of contact for all transfer activities initiated by Hiring Managers.

• Conduct interviews and screen candidates as required.

• High School diploma, Certification, GED, Training, or relevant experience.

• Some college education is preferred.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, focused, assertive, and a self-motivated individual.

• Capable of clearly and concisely explaining transfer-related procedures.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Competent in problem-solving.

• Must maintain confidentiality.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.
