This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist Marketing Regional Vice Presidents (MRVPs) in establishing new client relationships.
• Acknowledge incoming leads by coordinating with internal processors for prompt action.
• Facilitate the processing of leads within company systems for RVP and Advisor access.
• Verify initial client meetings and collect relevant case information for RVPs.
• Oversee pre-introduction communications and scheduling.
• Handle post-introduction communications and data collection.
• Coordinate the completion of plan proposals and deliverables.
• Manage post-closing onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to monitor the new business pipeline.
• Work alongside central support teams on sales-related initiatives.
• Provide training and coaching to team members.
• Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned or requested.
• Comprehensive understanding of wealth management practices and financial planning.
• Proven ability to effectively utilize AI tools and technologies in daily tasks.
• Skill in crafting effective prompts and assessing AI-generated content for accuracy and relevance.
• Capability to integrate AI tools to improve productivity while upholding quality standards.
• Willingness to learn new AI applications and comprehend their use cases and limitations.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Equivalent qualifications may be demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.
• FINRA Series 7 and 66, or Series 63 and 65, are not mandatory but advantageous.
• Basic understanding of RIA and custodial platforms as well as investment products.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to mentor and coach others.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, MoneyGuide, and Salesforce.
• Must maintain good compliance standing with all applicable rules, regulations, and policies.
