Internal Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and qualify incoming leads, directing larger opportunities to field sales or channel partners while managing suitable opportunities to closure.

• Create outbound sales opportunities through prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and lead generation efforts.

• Engage in discovery discussions and product demonstrations that align with the business challenges of customers.

• Work collaboratively with channel partners and resellers on shared opportunities.

• Maintain pipeline management, activity tracking, and forecasting using Salesforce.

• Provide insights to Marketing and Sales leadership regarding lead quality, customer objections, and market trends.

• Report directly to the VP Sales - Europe.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in inside sales, business development, or related sales roles.

• Experience in technology, SaaS, or solution-oriented sales environments is preferred.

• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is essential.

• Excellent objection-handling, presentation, and communication skills are required.

• Proficiency in French and a professional level of English are mandatory.

• Experience in the EV charging, energy, or sustainability sectors is advantageous but not essential.

• Strong skills in prospecting and lead qualification.

• Capability to conduct consultative sales discussions and identify customer requirements.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with customers and partners.

• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
