This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Support the objectives of corporate and internal communications, focusing on the enhancement and utilization of the company intranet.
• Aid in the management of the company intranet, which includes content curation, troubleshooting issues, and training site managers and associates.
• Contribute to the growth of the intranet by planning and executing buildout strategies.
• Oversee intranet data management through techniques such as mining, analysis, reporting, and providing recommendations to stakeholders.
• Conduct research and create stories for internal communication platforms, including the intranet and newsletters.
• Enhance readership of the intranet and newsletters by gathering content, managing the editorial calendar, and engaging with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business units and departments on the development of intranet pages, fulfilling communication requests, and resolving issues.
• Execute other assigned tasks and projects as needed.
• Previous experience with a company intranet is advantageous.
• Strong critical thinking abilities and a solid grasp of contemporary communications technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Exceptional project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong orientation towards teamwork.
• Self-motivated individual with a high degree of initiative.
• Keen attention to detail.
• A bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or marketing is preferred.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in communications or marketing.
• Experience in building and maintaining a company intranet is preferred.
• Familiarity with intranet software is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace, including Gmail and Google Docs.
• Basic design skills in PowerPoint.
• No specific certifications, licenses, or registrations are required.
