This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Manage a portfolio of client accounts as the main point of contact from the placement stage through ongoing engagement.
• Foster trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring they are supported and well-informed.
• Conduct regular check-ins to proactively identify potential issues, risks, and opportunities.
• Address client concerns swiftly and in a professional manner.
• Recognize patterns in feedback and bring systemic issues to the attention of leadership along with suggested solutions.
• Collaborate with recruiting, operations, and leadership to navigate complex client situations.
• Determine when to escalate matters and when to resolve them directly.
• Promote client retention and seek out expansion opportunities, including additional placements and new roles.
• Monitor account health and identify at-risk clients with corresponding action plans.
• Keep precise records of client interactions, account statuses, and outstanding items.
• Provide internal updates regarding portfolio health, client sentiment, and significant risks.
• Communicate in a professional manner through written correspondence and phone calls with both clients and internal teams.
• Demonstrated experience in account management, client success, or a related client-facing role within a B2B setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes.
• Ability to work independently in a small business environment.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple client accounts concurrently.
• Proactive and quick to act, with a preference for taking initiative.
• Updated resume is required for application submission.

• The Loom video should introduce the candidate, outline their account management or client success experience, and describe a situation where they handled an unhappy client without escalating the issue to leadership.
