Intern – User Experience Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with design, user research, and product management teams to create an exceptional user experience.

• Develop design concepts informed by user research and business requirements.

• Assist in the planning and evaluation of both qualitative and quantitative research.

• Collect insights from research and customer feedback to comprehend users’ preferences and needs, mapping the customer journey.

• Aid in conveying research results and design ideas to the product management team.

• Engage in significant projects that align with Labcorp’s mission of healthcare innovation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Design, Communications, Psychology, or Marketing.

• Preferred: 3-6 months of experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office.

• Preferred: 3-6 months of experience with both quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques.

• Understanding of market research and competitive analysis.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ideal candidates are rising juniors and seniors (graduating between December 2027 and June 2029) currently enrolled in a relevant degree program; all current students pursuing related fields are encouraged to apply.
